SOTO BANDUNG




I like many things about Bandung.... And now,  I’m talking about the food. Bandung has a lot of with delicious foods. One of them is Soto Bandung. it is one of my favorite food.  The taste is very delicious, it has a powerful scence that instanly gives you energy and make  get you up from sleepy.

If you wanna try, you don’t need to go to Bandung. You can make it at your home, beacuse its really simple to made. And if you go trip to there. Don’t miss it. Try Soto Bandung. OK!

This is my recipe for Soto Bandung


Ingredients:
750 gr beef meat
2 Liters of  water
2 radish or about 200 gr, thinly sliced round

Spices:
5 cloves garlic, peeled, pounded rough then saute
3 cm ginger, peeled then crushed
3 cm galangal, peeled then crushed
3 stick of citronella, crushed
4 bay leaves
4 lime leaves
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

Complementary:
5 tbsp sliced of onions leaves
5 tbsp sliced of cerely leaves
5 tbsp fried onion
5 tbsp soybean, submerged less than 2 hour, drain and fried
Sliced lemon
Fried Emping (fried chips made of Gnetum gnemon fruit)
Chili sauce: 20 cayenne old fruits and 2 cloves garlic submerged in boiling water,  ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, pounded rough

How to Cook:
1.       Boil water, entries beef meat, ginger, galangal, citronella, bay leaves and lime leaves.  Cook until the meat is soft. Lift the meat and cut into small cubes aside.
2.       Re-boil broth by adding radish, after boiling,  entries beef, garlic saute, pepper powder, salt and sugar until the taste is achieved.
3.       Remove from the heat
4.       For serve: Place Soto in a bowl. Sow onion and cerely leaves, fried soybean and fried onion. Serve with fried emping, sliced lemon and chili sauce  in separate place.  Serve immediately.
